It is my belief that by helping others, reaching out, supporting, and passing on knowledge, we are learning and healing ourselves. I suppose that is one of the reasons I am a nurse. I am blessed to be doing what I love. I work with the developmentally disabled. I truly feel I receive much more than I could possibly ever give. I can care for the physical needs of the students, but, they reach, teach, and make me see on the mental and spiritual levels of myself. A truly remarkable place to be. ” Sunflower Fields” was a dream publication I desired to write to reach out to others . Hoping to form a community of seekers. Just like the sunflower, we are all composed of multifacted centers. Unique, perfect just as we are at this moment. Some of us are happy, healthy at peace. Others are sad, facing illness, challenges, seeking friendship and answers. The sunflowers stand proud and tall, their faces in unison follow the light during the day, and bow down to the darkness at night. But, together they act as one. I am certified in Spirituality, health, healing, alternative, and contemporary medicine. A seeker. One searching for my own self discovery& healing, as well as be open to all others ideas, needs, and knowledge while traveling on the journey……..
